Ideal if you have lots of regular/repeat client meetings.

First you define a list of client names and phone numbers. Then, whenever you enter a client's name in the appointment text it looks up the phone number for that name and sends a reminder to that number.

You simply enter the phone number directly in the appointment text and the reminder is sent to that number.
