How it works

The system automatically checks your calendars to create text reminders for your upcoming appointments (and email reminders if required).
You can choose the mode of operation which best suits your business. With the first mode (Client Name) you define a list of client names and their phone numbers and email addresses - when the name appears in your calendar it creates the appropriate reminders. With the second mode (Direct Input) the system looks for your client phone numbers and email addresses within the calendar appointments and sets up reminders wherever it identifies these.
There are a range of system settings to meet different business requirements, allowing you to control all aspects of the system including the message text, when they get sent, and whether to ask the client to reply as confirmation they can attend.
SMS Client Reminders can also be used to send manual reminders without linking to an appointment calendar, you can input the details directly into the system in just seconds.
